For our fantastic team we are looking for a new colleague in the position of a Field Service Technician for our ERWEKA product line.

Doing what is fun / Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support for various types of laboratory instruments
- Perform lab tasks and execute instrument protocols following quality standards and regulations (cGMP / cGLP)
- Troubleshoot and repair instruments in-house and on-site
- Complete and submit service reports and expense reports accurately and timely
- Provide on-site training and feedback to customers and end users
- Generate and forward sales leads and customer feedback to the ERWEKA Sales Team
- Identify and report recurring problems and participate in projects and special assignments
Qualifications / Job Requirements:
- An Associates Degree in a technical or science related field or a Completed Technical School Certificate preferred, alternatively, a minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a maintenance / service technician in a laboratory or factory setting will be accepted
- Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical tools and systems
- Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of cGMP or cGLP practices and procedures (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and CRM and ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills
- Ability to travel within the United States (60 - 65 %)
