We are growing and are therefore looking for further colleagues to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date as:
 
Production Operative – Final Assembly, at our company in the beautiful peak district national park 

Primary responsibilties:

•Assemble a wide range of Furnaces and Ovens which consists of taking a variety of electrical and mechanical parts and sub-assemblies to produce the products.
•To liaise with in-house personnel as required to resolve build and design issues.
•Correct completion of time sheets ensuring correct routing codes are used and the correct time is booked to the individual codes.
•To have an awareness of deviations in stock levels; overstocks and shortages and discuss with the relevant person.
•Work to set deadlines with strict adherence to Quality principles
 

Key skills and qualifications:

•Basic electrical knowledge.
•Able to read drawings.
•Able to follow standard working practices.
•Experience in a Manufacturing/Production Environment and electrical knowledge or previous assembly experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training can be given to the right applicant.

•4-day week on an 8-week rotating shift (38 hours per week):  Rotates between Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
