Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert application consultations to ensure our clients receive the best laboratory solutions.
- Manage all sales processes in the assigned territory, from initial sample processing for proof-of-concept to closing deals and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Plan, organize, and attend tradeshows, customer demonstrations, and industry events to represent the company and expand market presence.
- Maintain detailed activity records and communication logs within the CRM, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to support bsiness planning.
- Conduct remote and onsite consultations and training sessions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Laboratory bench experience with an interest in sales, or prior sales experience with laboratory instrumentation, is part of your background.
- Residing within driving distance of our Newtown, PA headquarters enables you to stay connected with the team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills set you apart.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms support your sales effectiveness, and you are willing to travel 20–30% of the time.
