2011

2013
GERO присоединяется к VERDER SCIENTIFIC. Их продукция расширяет существующий ассортимент печей CARBOLITE в диапазоне температур до 3000°C, а также для термообработки в условиях вакуума, инертной или реактивной атмосферы.
2015
С приобретением компании ATM со 150 сотрудниками группа VERDER расширяет своё научное подразделение в бизнес-сегменте пробоподготовки твердых веществ.
2018

ERWEKA, a leading international manufacturer of testing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, has long been recognized for its innovation and quality. With a legacy of excellence spanning decades, the company has now entered a new chapter as it becomes part of Verder Scientific, laying a strong foundation for the next 70 years of growth and advancement.
2023
Launch of the Shelf-Life Simulator, the first online tool for simulating the shelf life of a formulation based on its physical parameters. Formulaction is acquired by Verder Scientific and joins Microtrac, forming Microtrac Formulaction SAS. Microtrac’s extensive portfolio for particle system characterization is expanded to include expertise in stability and dispersibility.
